The market continues to stay strong, with a typical summer slow down but we aren’t seeing prices stabilize even out yet. Interest rates are projected to stay steady around 3-3.25%.

Median home sale price $475,000.00 in 2021 vs. $383,000.00 in 2020
Cumulative Days on Market: 6 in 2021 vs. 12 in 2020
Home sale count:1,600 in 2021 vs. 2,131 in 2020
Price per sq. ft $225.09 in 2021 vs. $176.13 in 2020 –a difference of $48.96 per sq. ft.
Median list to sold price 104% in 2021 vs. 100% in 2020
2) Utah County – July
Sales Volume: $532,054,203.00 in 2021 vs. $512,937,741.00 in 2020
Median home sale price: $459,138.00 in 2021 vs.$351,675.00 in 2020
Cumulative Days on Market: 6 in 2021 vs. 15 in 2020
