Home sale count: 2,021 in 2020 vs. 1,813 in 2019
Price per sq. ft $176.13 in 2020 vs. $163.75 in 2019 –a difference of $12 per sq. ft.
Median list to sold price 100% in 2020 vs. 100% in 2019
2) Utah County – July
Sales Volume: $474,993,943.00 in 2020 vs. $412,063,251.00 in 2019
Median home sale price: $355,000.00 in 2020 vs. $328,000.00 in 2019
Cumulative Days on Market: 15 in 2020 vs. 23 in 2019
Home sale count: 1,211 in 2020 vs. 1,133 in 2019
