• Sales Volume: $880,692,819.00 in 2020 vs. $734,738,553.00 in 2019

• Median home sale price $383,000.00 in 2020 vs.  $350,000.00 in 2019

• Cumulative Days on Market:  12 in 2020 vs. 19 in 2019

• Home sale count: 2,021 in 2020 vs. 1,813 in 2019 

• Price per sq. ft $176.13 in 2020 vs. $163.75 in 2019 –a difference of $12 per sq. ft.

• Median list to sold price 100% in 2020 vs. 100% in 2019

2)   Utah County – July

• Sales Volume: $474,993,943.00 in 2020 vs. $412,063,251.00 in 2019

• Median home sale price: $355,000.00 in 2020 vs. $328,000.00 in 2019

• Cumulative Days on Market: 15 in 2020 vs. 23 in 2019

• Home sale count: 1,211 in 2020 vs. 1,133 in 2019

• Price per sq. ft $148.26 in 2020 vs. $135.26 in 2019  – a difference of $13 per sq. ft.

• Median list to sold price 101% in 2020 vs. 99% in 2019 

3)   Davis County – July

• Sales Volume: $235,673,137.00 in 2020 vs. $196,891,425.00 in 2019

• Median home sale price $362,500.00 in 2020 vs. $334,764.00 in 2019

• Cumulative Days on Market: 10 in 2020 vs. 15 in 2019

• Home sale count: 583 in 2020 vs. 544 in 2019

• Price per sq. ft $156.16 in 2020 vs. $141.14 in 2019 –a difference of $15 per sq. ft.

• Median list to sold price 99% in 2020 vs. 98% in 2019

These numbers only account for homes that were sold on the Multiple Listing Service so much of the new construction is not factored in.
