- Sales Volume: $493,557,274.00 in 2020 vs. $493,869,673.00 in 2019
- Median home sale price: $370,000.00 in 2020 vs. $326,532.00 in 2019
- Cumulative Days on Market: 12 in 2020 vs. 23 in 2019
- Home sale count: 1,201 in 2020 vs. 1,299 in 2019
- Price per sq. ft: $168.18 in 2020 vs. $157.49 in 2019 –a difference of $10.50 per sq. ft.
- Median list to sold price: 99% in 2020 vs. 99% in 2019
Utah County – March
- Sales Volume: $309,306,790.00 in 2020 vs. $275,435,522.00 in 2019
- Median home sale price: $343,000.00 in 2020 vs. $318,500.00 in 2019
- Cumulative Days on Market: 22 in 2020 vs. 29 in 2019
- Home sale count: 793 in 2020 vs. 779 in 2019
- Price per sq. ft: $139.82 in 2020 vs. $132.92 in 2019 – a difference of $7 per sq. ft.
- Median list to sold price: 99% in 2020 vs. 100% in 2019
Davis County – March
- Sales Volume: $135,185,857.00 in 2020 vs. $132,340,806.00 in 2019
- Median home sale price: $350,000.00 in 2020 vs. $310,500.00 in 2019
- Cumulative Days on Market: 13 in 2020 vs. 22 in 2019
- Home sale count: 363 in 2020 vs. 394 in 2019
